How it works
Children use the app. Parents use this website. The server is the only thing that decides what a balance is.
Add a child, and their birthday
Their age selects a starter pack of questions and games, and it is switched on for you — so there is something to do from the first minute. The last step of adding them shows you exactly what it is; switch off anything you would rather they did not have, or write your own questions instead.
Set the two rates
Per question set you choose the cents and the minutes a correct answer is worth. Those two numbers are the only place any award comes from.
Your child earns
Answers are graded on our server against data the app never receives. Every award is one entry in an append-only ledger.
Minutes get spent
Games bill against a server clock while they are played. Close the app and billing stops within fifteen seconds.
You settle up
The euro balance is money you genuinely owe. Approve a reward or record a payout and the ledger reflects it. We process no payments.
